Interserve Pension Scheme
The Trustee of the Interserve Pension Scheme is required to make its Statements of Investment Principles and Implementation Statements available free of charge online.
Segregated Part A – Interserve Section
Statement of Investment Principles
October 2022
The SIP sets out the Trustee’s investment strategy and objectives.
Implementation Statement 2025
This sets out the Trustee’s implementation of the investment policies set out in the SIP over the year.
Segregated Part B – Landmarc Section
On 15 January 2026, the Trustee completed a buy-out in respect of the benefits accrued by members of Segregated Part B. On and from that date, the legal responsibility for the benefits transferred to Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited. As a result, the Trustee of the Interserve Pension Scheme is no longer required to maintain or publish a copy of the Statement of Investment Principles for this section of the Scheme.
Segregated Part C – Support Services Section
The assets and liabilities for all members were transferred from Segregated Part C to Part B of the Mitie Group plc Pension Scheme on 30 March 2023. As a result, the Trustee of the Interserve Pension Scheme is no longer required to maintain or publish a copy of the Statement of Investment Principles for this section of the Scheme.
